I've been here many times as I pass thru Logan on my way to see family. Every single time my order is wrong or the food is just plain gross! Most recently I ordered a daily double customized, there was no lettuce or tomato and there was more onion and pickle on there than bread! I took one bite and threw it out! If they mess up your food don't bother to call because you'll be called a liar If you aren't going to drive back to show them the food! I've had burnt buns, like straight up blackened, if you order something and they are out of they won't ask what you want, you will just get whatever they have instead, they've done this with my drinks a few times.
We had good timing. We stopped in at 10 in the morning. Quickly waited on. Unfortunately right behind us, 8 construction workers on break came in. Took them a little time to get waited on. Friendly enough. Very clean.
Severely poor service. Waited 5 minutes to place our orders as the girl was standing around. Then waited on manager another 5 minutes to log in the computer. Then after placing order. Had to wait bout 10 more min to get change since we paid large bill. The manager was extremely rude to another customer that stated it was piss poor service.
Food was was somewhat cold. Fry's were fresh but disgusting. Lobby was disgusting. Not going there again.
Really bad. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for cold fries and the fish sandwich tasted weird. Threw it away. Sorry no good rating. It isnt worth eating out anymore. I would rather open a can of soup. Wow it wont let me post without giving at least one star. I really give them no stars.
Service is ok depending on what time of day you go food is ok but if you want something quick this place isn't bad for that
