Awful awful awful!! Booked with call center on Friday to pick up a minivan in Logansport on Saturday morning. Got a call at 8am Saturday stating she didn't know why they booked it cause she had no minivans & couldn't help us. Called over 4x to finally have call center tell me to tell Logansport lady she needed to find me one cause it showed available. Lady in Logansport said she had nothing for me & that was it no further help. Yes I started cussing because I was angry! Called back & got sent to customer service to get hung up on!!!

Van was wrecked when we arrived to pick it up, made passenger door hard to open. inside stained and smelled.We had vacation plans so we took it. They did knock $50 off. van ran good and had no issues. service was good.
