Logansport's best kept secret.

My ancestors are buried in Mt. Hope Cemetery. When I started my work in genealogy, I visited the cemetery and got lots of help from the sexton, Mike Nicholl. It is a beautiful and well maintained cemetery. The office was very helpful in helping me find the graves I was looking for. Although the markers were buried, we were allowed to dig around and found and raised up to ground level a total of thirteen grave markers. The office then attempted to straighten out the records, although there still seems to be some confusion. Mike Nicholls has since retired, but the new office workers were just as helpful.

They do a great job by keeping it clean
