To the owner's of Designer Joe's, this is for Heather Ray. I know hair dressers cut hair for a living, but I feel Heather is special and takes her profession to another level. Yesterday she took to the time and care to be extra careful and cautious when cutting my hair due to my current condition. We both used precautions and she was very caring and did an excellent job.
