My mother and younger siblings hadn't had a fridge in their apartment for a few months. They finally got financial help from a friend to get a refrigerator. They chose this establishment to buy from. The fridge was a very nice side by side, charged $425 and it seemed okay but it wasn't getting very cold. My mother called, he showed up and just turned up the temps. A few days later it stopped all together and she called. He brought over a cheap fridge worth no more than $100 AND took complete advantage of the fact that she had an old washer and dryer that needed moved out of the back porch. He didn't give her crap for them, and basically stole over $300 from someone who is unfortunately having financial problems with three of her children living in the same home. When called to resolve the issue, we were told that our argument was right and correct, but that it wasnt his problem, and we were hung up on.
Now as a business, how can you continue to be supported by the very community who supports you, if all your doing is stealing from the little people? We may not be landlords with a bunch of properties, but we are still people who fill those apartment that need your appliances. Us little people are how you even have a business. Maybe stealing from them isn't exactly the right way to go, especially since it's a small town and you never know the extent of how far screwing people over can go. Or who their related to, or how so very willing they are to make it right.
