I sent an email and left a voicemail message regarding an obituary that was on file. I suspected it was for a great-aunt that I was researching. I was very happy to receive a reply and phone call within several days. I was not at home when I received the phone call and would not be at home for several months. The person who called went above and beyond expectations when she read me the obituary and agreed to mail me a copy of the obituary and only asked that I mail a check after I received it. I was thrilled when my daughter sent me a copy of the obituary. I quickly mailed a check for the $10 fee. I only wish I had written down the name of the lovely lady who took the time to respond to my request. Thank you for your excellent service!
