Very friendly and helpful staff; a great variety of exercise equipment and weights. The amenities are wonderful, and there are so many classes that would appeal to any exercise or health need.
Pool is cold and dirty. Staff are not friendly. Complaints and recommendations are ignored. No leagues of any kind. Upstairs showers are disgusting. This is the worst Y I have ever used. I would recommend a new board of directors.

Good place to visit and get a workout in. They have a lot of classes too. Make sure you take the Yoga class it is great!
