On days where you want to beat the heat while running errands, DQ is good option. While the ice cream treats are good, the food itself - burgers and the like - leave a lot to be desired. The staff could use some fine-tuning also.
Hamburger was burnt and the fries were cold. And I had to go get my food.
Good service, nice people. Burger meat was a little colder than expected. I noticed cob webs under the TV'S. Tables could have been cleaner, I observed an employee using a dirty rag to wipe down tables. I would suggest using Clorox wipes after each patron to maintain sanitary conditions. People do cough and sneeze in public places. For such a new franchise I expected much more basic attention to details.
Terrible experience here - (I have never left a negative review for a anything ever). Took my 95 year old grandma out to lunch and had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food. Turns out the food was cold when we finally got it. No more DQ for us!
About 12 minutes for 2 small blizzards and small sundae. We were the only people other then a guy in their demanding refund because his food was sitting in transition window, he was really upset and the employees were laughing. Very unprofessional who hired these clowns, the manager must be a teenager.
