Very disgusting in their nothing is clean and works are rude and gross
I appreciate the idea of people buying things here to help others, but let's be real: this place is ridiculously overpriced, they don't have the 50 percent off because "people were buying too much at half the price". A pair of pants with the tag on 30 dollars, I mean these people are ridiculously pricing some of the junk items that was given to them for nothing, this used to be a poor man's store, now some things are even more expensive than Wal-Mart. Get real Goodwill, these are items given to you for free, don't overpriced things.
Although the underpaid staff are perfectly nice, work hard, it's way overpriced on clothing; adult tanks are $4.99, tops are $4.99-$9.99 ,the nwt selection is sparse at best & random. Adult jeans typically are placed in wrong sizes, kids 16 in adult sizes for ex. Dresses are usually fairly priced @ $4.99. Men/women Jeans $4.99-$14.99, what perplexes me are the purse prices, all very random up to $89.99 for mostly fake branding, or used bags. No chance for your re-sale profits here. Kids clothing $1.99-$6.99 per piece. Shoes $4.99-up. I have found ok deals but in two yrs of regular looking/shopping here & my experience in thrifting I would call it more boutique pricing, moderate prices for what is essentially beer budget merchandise. Some sales for seniors and random 75% off certain color tags (they pull most of the sale color the day of sale so THAT selection is very limited). But, I always say if you hunt long enough, just about every thrift produces something eventually. This is mainly a clothing store, FYI. They use the blue and white GW discount card, which accumulates points for purchases, eventually after you spend $50 you can redeem GW dollars towards a purchase over $10. You must ask for the free card to get it, they also have a paid card which offers a bit more in discount program. Not sure what community programs rely on GW proceeds here, because Knowing some employees who aren't paid fairly or have benefits I find it hard to believe actual programs are supported by a company whose employees are underpaid with poor to zero benefits.
I got a three-piece suitcase set in almost perfect condition, with a 75%discount tag, for $2.58!
IT WAS GREAT SERVICE.
